How do we choose our members?

At Gondwana DMC's we choose our DMC Members based on their reputation for quality, personalized service, experience, financial stability and references.

Each destination boasts a limited number of good inbound operators and an even more limited number of excellent DMC's who able to work on a tailor made basis for their clients. Each of our DMC Members is a leader in their destination with the focus on quality, creativity for tailor made travel services.

 

The scope the Destinations covered by our Gondwana DMC's network is so wide that differences in local culture and destination maturity reflect in varying standards without taking away that we will still bring the best DMC forward to assist your clients visiting each specific region.

Practically speaking, each DMC who is a member of our network does bring:

• a minimum number of years of experience;

• a mix of both client and vendor references;

• a liability insurance to standards required in Europe and Northern America

• active membership with at least two regional or international established professional organizations

• bank and auditors references

Gondwana DMC's strict selection process allows our network to maintain high standards and ensures our clients of only top-quality referrals.
