Located at the southern tip of the African continent, South Africa is a large, beautiful and fascinating country. It is also a land of great diversity ranging from the magnificent Kruger Park with its celebrated wildlife to the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town, nestled under the shade of Table Mountain. The country hosts a great number of national parks, displaying impressive flora and fauna. The climate and terrain lends itself to many outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, bird watching or safari game drives. Some of the wildlife highlights are lion, leopard, buffalo, giraffe, elephant, penguin, whale, turtle, seal and many more.

Obscured by years of enforced racial segregation, South Africa is now a democratic country of about 40 million inhabitants, and 11 official languages.

With its 3000 kilometer-long coastline, its arid deserts, exotic beaches, impressive mountains and excellent infrastructure, South Africa has all the elements to be the perfect holiday destination.
